BROCCOLI CORNBREAD 
2 pkgs. cornbread mix
4 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 (10 oz.) bag chopped, thawed broccoli
10 oz. low-fat cottage cheese (small curd)

Bake at 400 degrees in muffin tin or loaf pan for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
