HAMBURGER PIE 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. can (2 c.) cut green beans
1 can tomato soup
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

POTATO FLUFF TOPPER:

5 med. potatoes, cooked
1 egg
1/2 c. warm milk
1/2 c. shredded cheese (optional)

Cook onion. Add meat and seasonings. Brown. Add drained beans and soup. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mash potatoes. Add milk and egg. Drop potato mixture in mounds over meat mixture. May sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Serves 6.
