CAROL'S SMOKED SALMON ROLL 
1 (11 to 15 oz.) can salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 tsp. onion, grated
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt

Drain salmon and flake. Mix with softened cream cheese. Add remainder of ingredients and mix well. Chill several hours. Shape into ball or log. Roll in coating mixture of:

Pecans, chopped
Parsley, chopped

Serve with triscuits.
