IRMA'S CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. diced chicken
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. diced celery
1 c. seedless white grapes
2 hard cooked eggs, chilled and chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted
1 can pineapple chunks, drained (natural juice)

Let chicken, lemon juice, and salt marinate for a while. Mix rest of ingredients in and refrigerate. Serve in a bed of lettuce.
