TEXAS PECAN PIE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Combine first five ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add evaporated milk and mix well. Stir in pecan halves and vanilla. Mix well, turn into pie shell.
