TERRIFIC TACO PIE 
1 (10 oz.) can biscuits
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained
1 env. taco seasoning mix
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. corn chips, crushed
1/2 c. lettuce, shredded
1/4 c. tomato, chopped

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Separate the dough into 10 biscuits. Using an ungreased 9" pie pan, put 7 biscuits around the edges and 3 in the bottom. Press the biscuits to form the crust. In large skillet, brown the meat and drain. Stir in kidney beans and taco seasoning. Simmer 5 minutes. Spoon the meat mix into the crust and bake 14 to 18 minutes. Remove and top with corn chips and cheese. Top with lettuce and tomato. Allow to cool 5 minutes before serving.

Makes 6 servings.
