4 oz. Baker's German sweet chocolate
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. nuts
Deep dish frozen pie shell

Melt chocolate and butter. Add other ingredients. Pour in shell and bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
