1 can shoestring beets, drained
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 sm. onion, grated
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 c. chopped celery

Prepare gelatin as per package directions. Add all ingredients and place in refrigerator. Serve with mayonnaise flavored with curry.
