OLD FASHIONED POTATO CANDY | |
1 boiled potato 2 boxes powdered sugar 1 jar crunchy peanut butter Peel skin off boiled potato and mash flat on counter. Add enough powdered sugar to form a big flat "patty." Roll out with rolling pin like pie dough. Spread peanut butter over "patty" and roll up like a jelly-roll. Cut into 1/2 pieces and let cool in refrigerator for 2 hours. |
