CREAM OF BROCCOLI 
10 oz. pkg. broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
1/4-1/2 lb. American cheese
Pinch of salt

Cook broccoli with salt until soft. Mix mushroom soup and milk together in a blender. Add broccoli to soup mixture, blend together in blender. Place in pan and add cheese. Serve when cheese is melted.
