HONEY-RAISIN BISCUITS 
2 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. raisins
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. honey

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Mix all ingredients until soft dough forms, beat vigorously until stiff, 30 seconds. Drop by spoonful onto lightly greased cookie tin.

Bake until golden brown, 8-10 minutes. Serve with honey butter. Makes 12 biscuits.

HONEY BUTTER:

Beat 1/2 cup softened butter and 1/4 cup honey until fluffy.
