BLUEBERRY COBBLER 
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 c. blueberries
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk

Mix together and cook until thickened: cornstarch, brown sugar, blueberries and 1/2 cup of water. Add the tablespoon of butter and lemon juice, pour into a baking dish.

TOPPING: Mix together and spoon on top - flour, white sugar, baking powder, salt, milk and 1/2 cup of soft water. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with nutmeg and sugar.
