A CASSEROLE JOHN LUKE WILL EAT 
Rotini
Left over chicken, cut into chunks
Cheddar cheese
Frozen broccoli
White sauce (below)

WHITE SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 - 2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk

Cook rotini; drain. (Don't over cook.) Briefly cook broccoli and drain. Make white sauce (see below). Mix rotini, broccoli, chicken and cheese. Pour white sauce over and gently mix. Season with salt, pepper and paprika if desired. Cook 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.

WHITE SAUCE: Melt butter over low heat, stir in flour and cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in very slowly 1 cup milk.
