NO FRY MEATBALLS 
10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 onion, diced
1 c. Wheatsworth cracker crumbs
1 c. pecan meal
5 eggs or 3 cartons Scramblers

Mix well; form into balls. Place in single layer in oiled pan or use Pam spray. Pour 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup over the top (or 2 cans of tomato sauce). Can be diluted with milk if necessary. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
