SOUR CREAM DROP BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
4 tbsp. high-grade shortening
2/3 c. sour cream
Milk to make spooning consistency (about 1/2 to 3/4 c.)

Mix all ingredients well; drop onto greased pan using tea or table spoon according to size desired. Bake in hot 450 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately. Also good toasted the following day.
