SOUR CREAM DROP BISCUITS 
2 c. self-rising flour
4 tbsp. high-grade shortening
2/3 c. sour milk
Milk to make spooning consistency (about 1/2 to 3/4 c.)

Mix all ingredients well; drop onto greased pan using tea or tablespoon, according to size desired. Bake in hot 450 degree F. oven for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
