HOT ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 cans (14 oz.) artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped and seeded
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Drain and quarter artichoke hearts. Mix artichoke hearts and remaining ingredients together in a small casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until top is brown. Serve with nachos.
