WHITE JELLO 
1 envelope Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve Knox in 1/4 cup cold water. Mix together with sugar and boiling water, set aside. In another bowl, mix: 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together until smooth. Add gelatin mixture and whisk again until smooth. Spray mold with Pam, pour mixture in. Chill 5 hours. Serve with raspberry or strawberry sauce. (Can be used as salad or dessert.)
