1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 tsp. chili powder
2 cans white hominy, drained
1 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 lb. grated American cheese

Brown meat and onions. Add flour, tomatoes, and seasonings. Add hominy to meat mixture. Place in greased casserole; sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes.
