1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
2 eggs, beaten

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar, save a little to sprinkle on top
2 eggs

Cream together butter and cake mix. Add beaten eggs; mix well and press into greased 9"x13" cake pan.

Combine topping ingredients and pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown on top (approximately 35 to 40 minutes). Sprinkle with saved sugar.
