CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE | |
1 stick butter 1 c. sugar 2 beaten eggs 1/4 c. cornstarch 1 1/2 tsp. bourbon 1 c. chopped pecans 1 sm. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips 9" unbaked pie shell Whipped cream 9 inch pie dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Melt butter, beat eggs with sugar then add butter to eggs and sugar. Add cornstarch, bourbon, pecans and chocolate chips. Mix well and pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake for 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees until crust is golden. Serve with dollops of whipped cream. |
