1 egg
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 1/2-4 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
Dash salt

Combine above ingredients and cook until thick, stirring constantly; cool. Especially good over cole slaw.
