HASHBROWN AND CHEESE BAKE 
32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. cheddar cheese soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated cheddar cheese

Spread hash browns in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Butter or use Pam. In small saucepan, put milk, cheese, soup, butter and melt. Pour over potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Take out of oven. Spread cheddar cheese over top. Uncover and bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
