FRUIT JELLO 
1 (8 serving size) Sugar Free Jello brand gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
1 c. low calorie Cool Whip
4 or 5 Sweet & Low
1 can lite pears or other fruit, rinsed and cut in sm. pieces

Boil 1 cup of water; put Jello and Sweet & Low in and mix. Add cool Whip. Put fruit in dish; add cold water to Jello. Pour in dish with fruit.
