BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 to 1 c. chopped onion
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked rice
20 oz. cooked, chopped broccoli
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can (5 fl. oz.) evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Saute onions and butter. Cook rice according to package directions. Cook broccoli according to package directions.

In 9 x 13 inch pan mix cooked rice, the cooked broccoli, soup, Cheez Whiz and onion mixture. Pour milk over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbles.
