MEATY CRESCENT ITALIAN SUPPER 
1 1/4 lb. hamburger
1 tbsp. dry minced onion, or 1/4 c. chopped
1 can tomato soup
2/3 c. drained mushrooms
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. cottage cheese (optional)
4 oz. mozzarella cheese
1 - 2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 can crescent rolls

Brown hamburger, add celery and onion. Drain off grease. Stir in tomato soup, drained mushrooms, spaghetti sauce mix, oregano, flour and parsley flakes. Simmer while putting rolls in pan. Pat rolls in 8 or 9 inch round or square pan. Spoon in meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
