APPLE PIE 
Pastry for top and bottom of pie
5 c. sliced apples
2 tbsp. tapioca
2 tbsp. Sweet 'n Low (8 pkgs.)
Cinnamon

Roll 2/3 of pie crust recipe to fit an 8 inch or 9 inch pie pan. Arrange apple slices in crust and sprinkle tapioca, Sweet 'n Low, and cinnamon over the top. Roll out remaining pie crust, perforating the top and arrange over apples. Crimp edges with a little water if necessary. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
