1 yellow cake mix with pudding
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix ingredients and pat in bottom of greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Set aside.

TOPPING:

1 box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
3 eggs

Mix topping ingredients well and pour over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes; lower heat to 250 degrees and continue baking for an additional 25 minutes.
