BRUNCH STRATA 
12 slices bread
12 oz. Cheddar cheese
10 oz. chopped broccoli, cook and drain
2 c. cubed ham
6 beaten eggs
3 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. instant onion
1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Cut 12 circles with doughnut cutter from bread. Put scraps on bottom of pan. Then layer cheese, broccoli and ham. Put doughnuts and holes on top. Beat eggs, seasonings and milk together and pour over all the layers. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
