TURTLE CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 (14 oz.) pkgs. caramels
1/2 bag chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour half of the prepared cake mix in a greased and floured pan. Bake it for 15 minutes. Melt the caramels and the Eagle Brand milk together in a double boiler. Pour this mixture over the cake. Put chocolate chips and nuts on top. Add remaining cake mix. Bake for 30 minutes or until cake is done. Cool - ice with chocolate icing.
