DUTCH APPLE PIE FILLING 
10 apples, peeled
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup walnuts
1 tsp. brandy or rum extract
1/2 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Peel and slice apples in your favorite crust; sprinkle sugar, raisins and walnuts over apples, then sprinkle extract. Cut butter and dot over filling.

Place top crust and bake for 45-50 minutes or until top is nicely browned and filling is bubbly hot.
