SHEPHERDS PIE 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 servings mashed potatoes
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Brown meat in frying pan and pour off grease. Add tomato sauce. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Make mashed potatoes (instant or homemade). Place meat mixture in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with potatoes. Then cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
