REUBEN PIZZA 
This makes a great appetizer!

1 prepared pizza shell (I use Boboli)
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
1/2 cup Miracle Whip dressing
1 (15 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed drained and dried in a towel
5-6 oz. thin sliced corned beef, diced (I use leftovers)
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Mix dressings together. Spread on shell. Top with sauerkraut, corned beef and cheese.

Bake at 425°F for 14 to 16 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
