SOYBEAN AND VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 c. already soaked soybeans
6 c. water
1 c. cubed carrots
2 c. about cubed potatoes
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt to taste

Using a pressure cooker, cook beans in water for about one hour. Depressurize and add remaining ingredients, it will take about another 10 minutes in pressure cooker. Good stuff.
