PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1/2 c. raw rice
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 can water
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. onion, chopped

Mix all together. Shape into balls. Place into greased loaf pan or casserole. Cover and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
