CHILI (VERY TASTY) 
2 lbs. chuck beef
2 pkg. dry chili mix
1 lg. onion
2 cans tomato sauce with onions
2 cans tomato sauce with mushrooms
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. chili powder
4 cans water

Brown meat and onion. Add chili mix, chili powder, garlic powder, and heat. Add tomato sauce and water. Simmer slowly 1 hour. Add more water if needed. If you like it hot, add red pepper to taste.
