CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
4 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
Sm. minced onion
Pepper
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms (optional)
1 c. shredded mild, white Cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients in large bowl, except 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into 13 x 9 inch glass baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
