CHINESE CHICKEN 
2 to 3 lb. chicken drumettes and/or wingettes
1/2 to 3/4 jar duck sauce
Meat tenderizer
Ginger
Soy sauce
Garlic powder

Marinate chicken with tenderizer, ginger, soy sauce and garlic powder (sprinkle generously). Add duck sauce. Mix together and marinate overnight if possible. Cook 1 1/2 hours on 350 degrees in a greased baking dish. Stir frequently.

Great for main dish or appetizers.
