NAVY BEAN SOUP 
1 pkg. dry navy beans
6-8 med. carrots
8-10 sliced, cooked bacon
Salt and pepper
1 lg. can tomato juice
2 tbsp. Hickory Smoked salt

Clean and slice carrots; crumble cooked bacon. Rinse beans. Add all ingredients in crock pot (or cook on stove top) and cook until beans are done.
