CHICKEN ENCHILADAS 
1 jar mild salsa
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1.5 lb. boneless chicken, cooked
10 burrito soft shells
1 small bag shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix salsa and soup together. Fill shells with chicken, Cheddar cheese and a heaping spoonful of salsa mix. Roll shells and arrange in cake pan or casserole dish. Pour remaining salsa mix over top and sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.

Bake until cheese is melted on top.
