SOUP SUBSTITUTE 
2 c. powdered milk
3/4 c. corn starch
1/4 c. instant bouillon (Featherlite from Health food store) or substitute
chicken granule bouillon
1 tsp. crushed basil
1 tsp. crushed thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. marjoram

To use: Mix 1/3 cup mixture to 1 cup water. For mushroom soup, add cut up mushrooms. For celery, add chopped celery. For onion soup, add 2 tablespoons dried onion or fresh onion.

NOTE: In place of spices, add 1 envelope Ranch style dressing mix.
