10 c. peach pulp
7 c. sugar
3 lemons, juice of

Use very ripe peaches. Peel, remove seeds and mash. Add lemon juice to pulp and boil 5 minutes. Add sugar, stir thoroughly and cook 20 minutes or until thick. While hot, fill jars and seal. Makes 4 pints.
