TOMATO WITH CLAM SAUCE | |
1 (28 oz.) can tomato sauce 4 tbsp. olive oil 3 garlic cloves, minced 3 tbsp. fresh, chopped parsley 2 cans chopped clams In medium saucepan saute garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Pour in 1 can tomato sauce. Add parsley. Drain clam juice from 1 can chopped clams and add juice to tomato sauce. Simmer for 45 minutes being careful not to boil. |
