LINGUINI WITH CLAM SAUCE 
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams, drained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped
1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
1/4 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
1/3 c. minced fresh parsley
2 c. hot cooked linguini

Coat a large saucepan with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add onion, celery and garlic; saute until tender.

Drain clams reserving liquid; add clam liquid, tomatoes, basil, oregano and hot sauce to saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered, 4-5 minutes.

Stir in clams and parsley. Cook until thoroughly heated. Serve over linguini. Yields 4 servings.
