PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1 lb. XXX or 10X sugar
12 oz. jar peanut butter
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
Dab of butter

Cook milk, sugar and cream of tartar for no longer than 5 minutes. Remove from heat; do not boil. Make sure a full 5 minutes. Add peanut butter and marshmallow. Beat until thick. Quickly pour into buttered pan. Let cool; eat.
