Put half a canned pear on a plate and pat it dry with a paper towel. Make a little hole at the end with your finger and push in a raisin, that's the nose. Make 2 more holes above the nose, push in 2 raisins for eyes. Push in 2 sliced almonds for ears. Make a hole at the other end of the pear, and push in the licorice, that's the tail.
