PICKLED EGGS 
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pickling spices
2 c. cider vinegar
12 hard cooked eggs

Add sugar, salt and spices to vinegar. Dilute vinegar if too strong. Simmer 2 minutes. Pour over cooked eggs in a glass jar. Seal and let stand in refrigerator 3 to 4 days. Be sure eggs are covered with liquid.
