LEMONADE CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding 4 eggs 3/4 c. oil 3/4 c. water 1 tsp. lemon extract 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 sm. can frozen lemonade In small bowl, mix lemonade and 1/3 cup sugar and set aside. Grease and line with waxed paper (bottom only) of tube pan but grease all of pan. Empty cake mix and pudding into a bowl. Add eggs, oil, water, lemon extract and vanilla extract. Mix together. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Remove from oven and pour lemonade mix over cake while hot. |
