SAUSAGE AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 c. celery, diced
1 med. onion, chopped
8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 jar mushroom pieces
3 eggs, beaten
1 soup can milk
2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown sausage in fry pan. Add celery and onion, saute until tender. Drain excess grease. Place sausage mixture in casserole dish and cover with cooked spaghetti; combine soup mushroom pieces, beaten eggs and milk and pour over spaghetti sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Add topping and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Topping, toss cornflakes in melted butter until uniformly covered. Spread over top of casserole and bake as directed.
