BLACK BOTTOM CREAM CHEESE BARS 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. chocolate chips, melted

Mix and spread in bottom of greased 11x7 inch pan.

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. softened butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. rum or rum extract
1 tbsp. vanilla

Bake at 325 degrees for 38-43 minutes. Cool 30 minutes.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. rum or 1/4 tsp. rum extract
1-2 tsp. water

Stir constantly. Pour over bars and refrigerate.
